Yet Another Soy Question!!

Hi All!!
I'm in a bit of a pickle, as I realize I'm lacking in my dairy department. I can't drink straight skim milk (I love it, but my body doesn't!!), so I typically drink soy milk. I have seen that many other people on this board enjoy the "West Soy - Soy Slender" beverage, but it is unfortunately not available in BC (I've called the company directly, and several of it's distributors).
Hence, I am having a very tough time finding a soy milk that doesn't have a high sugar content. At the store last night, though, I came across a soy milk that contains significantly less sugar than the others I have seen (3g per cup).
Here is the nutritional information:

What do you guys think? Would this be SB acceptable?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Stef

Hi Stef,
Well, that gave my eyes a workout.
Hi Stef,
I have just recently discovered Soy milk and I **LOVE** it!! That's too bad you can't get Soy Slender in your area.
I looked at the nutrition facts for the brand you linked to. I would say that since a better choice is unavailable,

Hi Cathy & Kareen,
Thank you both so much for your replies, and I apologize for the funny link (heh...all the labels in Canada are done in both French and English!).
Because one cup contains: 60 calories, 2g of fat, and 3g of sugar, I think it meets all of the standards you mentioned!
I'm thrilled to be given the thumbs-up on this, because I LOVE soy milk and have been missing it dearly!! Hopefully Canada will start bringing in some of the other varieties that you guys have in the States. Otherise, I may have to make a soy-run to Seattle!!
Thanks again for your help!!
Cheers,
Stef
Thanks for the tip, MichaelAnn!!
I have come across a couple of the plain/natural varieties that contain little to no sugar, but they were all awful! I bet that adding Splenda WOULD make it taste better, though! I guess desperate times call for some creativity!! ;)
Cheers,
Stef
In addition to adding Splenda, you could add all sorts of things like cocoa powder or sf, flavored syrups, cinnamon, etc. Or you could use the unsweetened in shakes and things where you will be adding lots of other flavors.
Good luck!!
