Good afternoon everyone!
I'm back to work tonight after a couple days off..
Breakfast- kashi cereal w/ skim milk and blueberries
Snack- cup of broccoli w/ sf ketchup, lime diet coke
Lunch-spaghetti squash patties w/ side salad and gardenburger if I'm still hungry
GYM- 30 minutes elliptical
Snack-triscuits w/ hummus
Dinner-cup of chili over lettuce w/ 1/4 cup of cheese
Dessert- nf plain yogurt with raspberries, cocoa and splenda
Guess that's it for now!

I'm soooooo glad it's Friday! Here's my day...
B: 1 slice ww toast with Smart Balance, 1 cheese stick, coffee with chocolate soy milk
S: Apple with pb, cup of milk
L: Chicken and white bean chili, salad with BV dressing, V-8
S: Plain yogurt with splenda and blueberries, ww tortilla with hummus
D: More chicken and white bean chili, roasted yellow and red peppers
Dessert: Going to bunko tonight and will treat a little, I'm sure. I'll probably have a couple of glasses of red wine and I'll try to stay away from all the yummy appetizers/desserts that are always there and try to eat cheese and vegetables instead and maybe one yummy dessert instead of a bunch of yummy desserts.
Exercise: 2 mile run on treadmill, weight training (biceps, back, chest, abs)

okay, remember I am a nursing mom...so I need help anyway. :)
Hi Ladies:)
I have to make thios fast as I'm making veggie soup & a Mexcian dish called" Green Tomato Pie" I have a over abundnance of grren tomatoes on my vines that were rippening do to NO RAIN (dry spell).So I looking up recipes that I can use these tomatoes with out thrwoing them out.
My Menu today
B=Egg In Nest1c 1% milk for tea
S=carrots & dress dip
L=veggie Soup,6 mini fish sticks on 1 sl WW toasted bread,with tartar sauce
S=apple slices
D= tilapia fish fillet, on butternut squash with Soy beans as a side dish.
Dessert=fruit parfait

S: Chinese pear; sliced whole orange pepper; homemade SB banana muffin
L: homemade vegetarian chili
S: 3 celery stalks w/ 1 tbsp natural PB; 8 ww non-fat Triscuits
D: homemade lettuce-wrapped tacos; skim milk (2 cups)
S: nsa hot chocolate
