Good morning everyone!

I am working a double today, so I must get going and throw a bunch of stuff together in the kitchen. You know, it's kind of nice being up this early!(8:42 am, lol)Here's what I'll be eating:

B- omlette w/ spinach and feta, 1 pc. turkey bacon, glass of milk
S-yogurt w/ raspberries, vanilla, and splenda and PB
S-flavored coffee w/ skim milk
L-cup of chili over lettuce w/ 1/4 cup cheese
S-Triscuits and hummus(or just a mozz stick if I can't figure out how to transport 2 TB hummus)
Dinner-SBD meal bar, steamed broccoli

Doesn't look like enough veggies so I'll pick up a V8 on the road.

Hi everyone! I think I'm coming down with a cold, which is a bummer, although I haven't gotten it as badly as everyone else in my family. I must say, I think my new healthy eating has helped my immune system - I used to always be the first to get sick and would be the sickest of the family, but now I am barely feeling bad and I have a feeling that I'm going to fight it off and end up the only one NOT sick! Woohoo!

Ok, here's my day:

B: Kashi waffle with sf syrup, 1 c. ff yogurt w/ stevia, tea.

L: 1/2 Ezekial pita with 1 slice turkey breast, 1 slice lf swiss cheese, and 1/2 tsp pesto. Sliced veggies.

S: slice of honeydew

D: Big salad with leftover chicken breast cut into it, with salsa and ff sour cream

Hi Ladies:)

Took a nice brik walk along the beach for 45 mins and DH was mad because we weren't going to be home for the football game. Yikes Why are they such children when it comes to football.

Well!! I W-I this morning and I up 1 lb do to a tummy ache I had for two days. Heres to next week.

My Menu Today Was:

b=2 ww waffles with straberries,s/f syruo and 1 c 1% milk for te

s-carrots with dress

D at Noon= veggie soup,Green Tomato Pie

S=1 pear

Supper=half of(salad & sand)veggie soup, turnip greens on salad greens,1/2 sliced turkey,tomato & bacon on 1sl WW toast.

Dessert=1 c pudding

Hi again!

I do make my own chili; its actually Maggie's recipe that I tinker with a bit. And its great! Everyone at work is always asking me about it.
