Wow, this is really intense, having a Sunday check-in!
Breakfast- mock french toast, V8, 1 cup milk
Snack- Triscuits w/ mozz stick
Snack- Apple a/ 1 TB PB
Lunch- Chili w/ side salad
Snack- nfplain yogurt w/ raspberries
Dinner-fish francese w/ 1 cup broccoli
I have a couple days until weigh-in(wednesday), so if I am at a stall(which I might be), I am thinking about adding more calories(upping the grain serving). You know, there should be a comfort thread called "I added calories and started losing again! lol

Hi Ladies:)
Resting and relaxing this Sunday from exercising. I went with my firiend to aour usual Sunday Brunch. I was good, as my menu will show.
Catherine: Good Luck on your Wed W-I I know about stalling, I've stalled only to gain last week,but it was due to a tummy ache.So now that I'm better I making smarter choices in my foods.I agree with that folder ""I added calories and started losing again! lol""When can we start it. hehe!!
My menu today
B=1c H/F cereal w) raisins,1c 1% milk for tea & cereal
S=v8 w) celery stirrer
Brunch=2 egg sub.w) 2 sl of bacon and 2 sl sourdough bread,2 c decalf coffee with H&H
S=1 peach
Dinner=BBQ chicken breast,1c soybeans & peas,with 1c carrots & butternut squash
Dessert=fruti Parfait

Hi!
I am sick today, and my throat is so swollen that it hurts to swallow and is way too difficult to eat! So my menu today is not going to consist of much food.
B: Kashi waffle with sf syrup.
L: Hopefully some kind of vegetable soup.
D: Maybe more soup? I'm not sure yet.
Plus lots of tea and water and some diet soda, which feels SO good on my throat! I'm going to sleep a lot today and try my best to get better quickly.
Oh- I weighed in today and was up 1 pound :(. I think it's PMS though...I'm hoping!

Weekends are always hardest and checking in is always helpful.
