Good morning!

Maryann--what did you try for a few days that didn't work? You got me curious!
Today is gym and work and then a trip to a bar for a friends birthday. My favorite thing to do is tip the bartender a dollar and have him make me a water with ice and lime that looks just like a vodka tonic. It just takes the pressure off of me to respond to all the "why don't you have a drink" comments.

Hope everyone has a nice Saturday and weekend!

Breakfast- kashi cereal w/ skim milk and a banana
Snack-v8, broccoli & ketchup(just getting my veggies in)
Lunch-tuna melt(so into those lately!) and side salad, glass of milk
Snack- nf plain yogurt with a peach
Snack-triscuits and hummus
Dinner-piece of southwestern bake over lettuce w/ sour cream(I made this last night and am so proud of myself! I had to do something called "seperating eggs"! Anyway, it really is a great dish that takes away the craving for mexican food.)

Hi Ladies:)

Well Catherine to get the scale to jump down I tried to eat close to the Aktins,by eliminating grain & fruit carbs and eat just protein and veggies for a couple of days.Well it didn't work I still at a stall.Those last 9 lbs won't come off.I'm still trying to have dinner at noon of 3 days a week to get the scale moving again. In the whole month of July I was playing with the same pound over & over again 150-151-150 Than in Aug I'm playing with the same pound 148-149-148 Hopefully I will be able to go down to 147 and play with that pound. DO YOU THINK THERES A PATTERN STARTING.

My menu today:

B=1TB of lite cream cheese on 1/2 WW Eng Muffin 1c 1% milk for tea

S=v8 with a celery stirrer

Dinner at Noon=Green Tomato Pie

S=apple slices

Supper=Lg salad woth f.v. and l/c Pizza

Dessert- Banana Nuggerts

Hi Ladies, sounds like everyone is having a good day. Here's what my day is bringing.

Breakfast: Uncle Sam cereal w/ banana, splenda, 2 slices of Turkey bacon and a cup of chai tea.
Snack: None
Lunch: A very large salad w/ grilled chicken and mandarin oranges. Diet coke.
Snack: FF Plain yogurt smoothie with strawberries and splenda.
Dinner: Chili on a bed of lettece and 1/2 of a turkey wrap on WW flat bread.
Dessert: FF NSA Fudge pop with peanut butter. FF Milk

Hi everyone! I just got back from dance rehearsal - four straight hours of dancing. Now, I am by no means a dancer and so I was amazed at how sore I am from the dancing we did (for the musical that I'm in). Anyway, it was so much fun and I feel like I definately got my exercise in without even having to try!

My menu is a little odd because we have barely anything in the fridge today (we haven't gone to the grocery store in too long) but I made do with what we had.

Here's my day:

B: 1 egg & 2 whites scrambled, and 1/2 c. black beans and salsa.

S: 1 c. ff yogurt

L: 1 ww tortilla with 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 apple.

S: 1 c. ff yogurt

D: Out to the Cheesecake Factory with friends. I'll get some kind of salad...I don't know what is on their menu but I do know they have some good salad options.

DD: sf ff pudding with 2 tbsp cool whip free

I weighed myself today and was 137.5, but tomorrow is my official weigh in day so I'm going to wait until tomorrow before getting excited.
