I've never started a check-in before, and I know we don't always have check-ins on Sunday, but checking in helps me stay on track on the tricky weekends. So, here I am, starting a check-in for the first time!
Here is my plan for the day:
B: Mock French Toast
S: canteloupe and 1 c. ff plain yogurt
L: 1 ww tortilla with black beans, ff sour cream, lf cheddar, and salsa.
S: none
D: ? I have no idea. I may be going out, and I may be eating in...I'm not sure yet. If eating in, dinner will probably be a big salad, some steamed or grilled veggies, and grilled salmon.
DD: probably FF SS pudding with dollop cool whip free
Have a great Sunday everyone!
Oh - I weighed in today and I weigh 138! It could be a little less, actually - my scale isn't the digital kind, so I never can tell exactly what the weight is, but that helps me to not get too obsessed with the scale. But I am definately 138 or less, which is a solid pound less than last week. Slow and steady is the way to go. Yay!

Oh yay I love check-ins!
Thanks for starting it Cassie! I slept at a friends in NYC so I haven't been home all day to start one. And either way, I was feeling bad that I am always the one that gets to start it! LOL Anyway--CONGRATS about the solid pound loss! Slow and steady is the way to go.
My day..I had no food on hand but I did pretty well considering what was accessible:
Breakfast-SBD meal bar, and an apple w/ 1 TB regular peanut butter
Snack-Starbucks medium nonfat latte
Lunch-side caesar salad w/ a serving of Walnuts
Snack-cookies n cream Luna Bar
Dinner-spaghetti squash pattie w/ salsa and sourcream, and a piece of Southwestern Bake over lettuce
Dessert-some sort of fruit and some sort of dairy
I guess that's it for now!
