I'm sure I know the answer to this but I found these in my cabinet today:

1 bar, 71 g (I'm thinking a serving would be half of a bar though)

180 cal
2.5 g fat, no trans fat, no sat fat
carbs 35g, fiber 3g, sugar 10g

where I'm pretty sure it is a no (besides the 5g of sugar per serving) is that the first ingredient is high gluten flour. then raisens, honey, cinnamon, apples, hazelnuts, walnuts, stone ground whole wheat flour and yeast.

These are great toasted with a touch of spread or pb on them. but I always forget I have them (buy them at Costco). I'm going to pull these front so dh will eat them.

Yea, we've been buying those kashi bars at Costco ever since we found them (6 months or so?). The kids love them.
