Phase II Tuesday Check-in

I'm suprised that no one has started a check-in yet and the day is almost over! Still, I want to post my menu so I'm starting the thread today.
I've been doing Phase 1 today to get back on track after a couple days of bad eating. Tomorrow I'll return to a solid Phase 2, but I felt like I needed one day of strict phase 1 to jumpstart my motivation to get back on track.
So here is my menu today:
B: 1 egg, 2 whites scrambled; 1 c. ff plain yogurt w/ splenda and vanilla extract (I am addicted! I seriously have to have this every morning for breakfast!)
S: none
L: 1/2 leftover chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, BV
S: 15 almonds, diet cherry pepsi
D: steamed green beans with meat sauce and parmesan cheese.
DD: probably none.

Hello!
It is late but I checking in helps so much!! Here's how today went:
Breakfast-kashi cereal with milk and 1/2 banana, v8
Snack-1 tablespoon peanut butter
Lunch-southwestern bake over lettuce w/ salsa & sour cream
Snack-nf plain yogurt w/ peaches splenda and cinnamon
Dinner-eggplant pizzas and a whole wheat wrap filled with lettuce, chicken, & horseradish
Snack-glass of milk and a fudgesicle
Okay time to watch the biggest loser!!

Yes it is late but here is what I had today.
Breakfast: UncleSam cereal w/ a banana 2 slices of turkey bacon 1 cup of chai tea
Snack: None
Lunch: Huge salad with grilled chicken/ water lots of it & V8
Snack: Smoothie made with peaches, FF Plain yogurt splenda and jello
Dinner: Crockpot Roast with carrots, onions, and baby lima beans
Dessert FF NSA Fudge pop w/ peanut butter and soy milk
