Good morning!
Breakfast-kashi cereal w/ skim milk and 3/4 cup mixed berries, v8
Snack-none
Lunch-whole wheat wrap w/ chicken, baby spinach, tomato, 1 pc. turkey bacon, and a bit of mayo/horseradish, with glass of milk
Snack-apple w/ 1 TB peanut butter
Dinner-eating at a friends house so not sure, but she's dabbled in the south beach before so i'm sure it will be fine.
Dessert-glass of milk and a fudgesicle

B: 1/2 slice of flax toast w/ light margarine; SB ricotta creme; sliced whole yellow pepper
S: granny smith apple; SB banana muffin
L: tuna melt; 20 snap peas; 10 baby carrots; sliced whole yellow pepper
S: 8 whole wheat low-fat Triscuits; 4 celery stalks
D: homemade vegetarian chili; steamed broccoli; skim milk; 15 grapes
S: nsa jello

Here is what I had today.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs 2 slices of turkey bacon 1 slice of ww bread 1 cup of chai tea and 1 Cup of FF milk 1 banana
Snack: None
Lunch: Chopped sirlion steak with a salad and about 1/4 of a cup of green peas. Ice Green tea decaf
Snack: a few pieces of dried fruit
Dinner: Stuffed chicken w/ spinach & Onions, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, Ice Green decaf tea.
Dessert 1 cup of FF Plain yogurt w/ 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Also lots of water, I feel like Im floating. :)
I had a very busy day today.
Hi everyone! I usually rant about something going on in my life, but today there is really nothing much to say, so I'll get straight to my menu!
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, 1 c. ff plain yogurt
L: small WW wrap (1 ounce) with turkey, lettuce, mustard; an apple
S: carrot sticks with hummus; diet cherry pepsi
D: pork tenderloin, sweet potato (sliced and cooked in the oven until crunchy) with SF ketchup, big salad.
DD: sf ff lemon pudding
