V8 Question

Hi Ladies!!

I tried to run a search for V8 on here, but there are so many mentions of it that I couldn't find the answer to my question. Instead, I'll post it here and hope that one of you will know the answer!!

Though I don't have any trouble getting my daily vegetable servings (I usually get close to 10 cups!!), I would like to add some V8 to my breakfast. I am wondering how many servings of vegetables one cup of V8 equals?

Thanks in advance for any replies!!

Cheers,
Stef

Ha!! I was going to ask this same question. I had a six pack of 12 oz cans and was drinking those and counting them as one serving. I bought more at the grocery store the other night and, though more expensive per ounce, I bought the little 5.5 ounce cans this time. Cheaper per "serving" since I drink a whole can each time. Yes, I know I could buy the big honker can but I have really poor track record of actually drinking all of one of those for some reason.

Hi,

One of those 5.5 ounce cans is a serving.

From what I remember ever seeing, 6 - 8 ounces of V-8 counts as 1/2 cup of veggies.
