Hey everyone.
Still no weight loss. I'm trying to up my calories, can you please check my menu?
B: 2 egg whites, 1 cup raw spinach (that became A LOT less once I put it in the pan), non fat cheese, and 1 whole wheat cracker.
S: peanuts, dry roasted, no salt.
L: swordfish sauted in sesame oil and lite soy sauce. Mixed veggies (broccoli, bamboo and some tofu) 1 cup. Slice of mango. Espresso.
S: Non fat, sugar free flavored yogurt (1/2cup), 1 small apple
D: Don't know yet. Probably a lettuce salad with half can of water packed tuna?
What do you think? How am I going do far? Maybe I need to eat more grains? Quinoa? Add that to my salad?

I forgot to add something; according to fitday.com up tp where I am of the day I'm at 836 cals. 41gr of fat (46%). 68gr. carbs (28%). 54gr protein (27%)
What are the percenteges (sp?) based on? On what percentage are we supposed to be on the SBD?
