Okay, back and here we go!
Breakfast-2 egg omlet with 1 ounce rf cheddar cheese & salsa, v8
Snack-glass of skim milk
Lunch-whole wheat wrap with chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo, 1 pc. turkey bacon
Dinner-salad somewhere in the city
Dessert- frozen mixed berries and plain yogurt
I'm pulling back a BIT to get my cravings from the weekend outta here. Breakfast is done, lets see how the rest of the day goes. Good luck everyone else!

Here's what Im having today, thanks for starting the thread.
Breakfast: Stealcut oats w/ sliced strawberries. 2 slices of turkey bacon, ff milk and a cup of chai tea.
Snack: V8
Lunch: Huge salad, ice tea
Snack: smoothie w/ peaches and FF Plain Yogurt
Dinner: Spagetti w/ ww noodles and a salad. Milk
Dessert: Probably none

ok here is the plan:
Okay I am going to try posting, maybe it will make me more honest. Lurking no more.
B - 2 thinly sliced pieces of Canadian bacon, one fried(olive oil) egg with cheese. V-8, vitamins and green tea
S - raw veggies(2 cups) with SB friendly dressing
L - Shrimp salad with seafood sauce/ranch dressing in WW pita. LF jello with LF vanilla yogurt. Green tea
S - apple with PB
D - left over pork kabobs(grilled veggies) steamed yellow beans. Diet Pepsi.
S - FF chocolate pudding(1 cup)
For exercise will do The Firm(total body)when I get home from work. May I also add that I always drink 2L of water everyday.

Hi! I've had a great South Beach day, although my day in general, mood-wise, hasn't been so great. I've been feeling really down lately for no apparant reason, but that is for another post not south beach-related!
So here is my day:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 c. skim milk
L: small WW tortilla (1 ounce) with chicken and 1 tsp pesto
S: apple with 2 tbsp almond butter
S: 1 c. ff plain yogurt
D: Lettuce leaves topped with cooked lean ground beef, tomatoes, avocado, onion, lf sour cream, and salsa.

I think I'm sort of short veggies today.
B: veggie sausage-2, v8
s: none
L: 1 medium tomato, 3 oz left-over pork tenderloin, slice vermont white cheddar
s: 1c ffp yogurt with chocolate powder
D: 2.5 cups roasted veggies (yellow and zuchinni squash, red pepper, asparagus), 1/2 cup grains and rice, 1.5 ounce roasted pine nuts
S: ?? probably needs to be veggies.
the 2.5 cups was after roasting. That could easily have been 3.5 cups before roasting. I'm stuffed though and can't even think to eat anything else tonight.
