and I have NO idea how many cals this is or how bad it is...I HATE counting calories...
B:venti skim latte 3 splenda, 2 kashii waffles with SF syrup 3 pieces TB
S: lentil soup
S: yogurt with pb/ SB bar
L: grilled chicken breast on salad
S: fudgesickle
S: ricotta creme / SB crackers
D: sloppy joes on WW bread (2) 10 french fries (bad I know)
and I will probably have to eat another ricotta creme before bed

If I may be so bold as to butt in, I have a suggestion. You have a lot going on in your life right now, and worrying about 1 lb may not be the best use of your energy. I'm willing to bet that if you ease up on the focus, that pound (and maybe a couple of its friends) will fall off before you even have a chance to realize it's happened. As long as you're eating well, and don't forget the veggies and dairy, you'll be fine. It's the long term that's most important, so focus there and things will take care of themselves.
