B: southwestern omelet (egg beaters) with cheese and 2 boca links, (2 bites Uncle Sam's cereal) coffee
S: 2 apples with cheese and PB
L: lentil soup and a salad with grilled chicken breast
S: lettuce wraps with sliced chicken and cheese
early dinner: grilled chicken with a veggie (maybe a sweet potato)
S: lettuce wraps
Dessert: ricotta creme
Exerice: either Start it Up or Ramp it Up workout today...


Lunch-Tuna melt with side salad
Snack-cup of celery with hummus
Dinner-big salad with grilled chicken, on the go tonight
Snack-half a whole wheat pita w/ sf raspberry jam and 1 TB pb and a banana
Dessert-diet hot chocolate made with skim milk
This was an odd day so far, foodwise for me.
B: two-egg omelette with red pepper, LF cheese and 1 c spinach; 1/2 steel cut oatmeal w/ blueberrie; veggie juice; black coffee (I don't usually have oatmeal as well, but I made too much for my son and it looked so tasty).
S: 12 almonds; 16 oz. nonfat, decaf latte. (I would usually have 1/2 an apple instead of nuts.)
L: 3/4 cup black bean soup w/ 2T FF sour cream; 1/2 portion tofu cacciatore (I had a little of the tofu left over so had this with a little less soup than usual); tiny piece of whole wheat, low sugar zucchini bread
S: none
D: marinated steak, oriental cabbage salad, and probably broccoli.
Dessert: 100 or so calories of bittersweet chocolate and maybe a little more zucchini bread. (My ds and I made it yesterday and it is yummy, so...)
I did some resistance exercises, such as lunges, push-ups, squats and tummy exercises this morning and went walking in the woods with my son. And I danced around to Prince while holding 28 pounds of toddler for a bit, too.
