Starting Phase 2...Lost 7.5 lbs!

Well, I'm starting phase 2 today. I'm excited! Last time I did SB I was bad and stayed on P1 too long and burned out and eventually quit (not the only reason I quit, but a big reason I didn't start back as soon as I should have). This time around it's day 15 and I've already had a bowl of Quaker Multi-Grain hot cereal.
I'm pretty proud of myself, I did cheat a couple of times the 2nd week of P1, but for the most part I feel like I did pretty good!
Here's my menu today:
B: Quaker Multi-Grain (1/2 cup)
S: Laughing cow with cucumber
L: Chicken in LF Coconut milk with steamed green beans
S: 15 peanuts & half an apple
D: Chili on a BIG salad (gotta get those veggies in)
S: 2 cups of SBD chocolate milk
