B: Mock FT with PB and SF syrup 2 boca links, coffee


S: yogurt with splenda, apple


L: baked chicken with a salad


S: apple and cheese stick (on the run)


D: no idea yet

Tired today - fighting off a cold that my dd has had all week. I've had a sore throat off and on and feel icky - but I'm refusing to say I am sick! Too much going on right now! Today I have some housework to do because we are having an Open House tomorrow and dh and I will go to the gym this evening for a couple hours.

Breakfast: oat bran made w/milk, turkey bacon
snack: none - will have 2 this afternoon
lunch: leftover peanut chicken stir-fry w/brown rice
pre-gym snack: apple
after-gym snack: smoothie and SBD cereal bar
dinner: grill tilapia, roasted brussel sprouts
desert: probably pudding or yogurt

Hi everyone..

Breakfast-kashi cereal w/ skim milk, 3/4 cup blueberries, v8
Snack- 1 cup celery w/ a little hummus
Lunch-side mixed green salad w/ 1 TB balsamic vinagrette, chicken/eggplant casserole
Snack-coffee w/ sf caramel, 1 fun size crunch bar(oops!)
Snack-banana w/ 1 TB peanut butter and a dab of sf rasp jam on 1/2 ww wrap
Dinner-fish francese over spinach
Dessert- diet hot chocolate
