Saturday Phase II Check In!

Good morning!
Breakfast-2 egg omlette w/ 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1 oz rf cheddar, and 2 TB salsa with some fresh cilantro, diet arizona green tea heated up(really good, for a non-tea drinker!)
Snack- nf plain yogurt with mixed berries, splenda, cinnamon, and cocoa
Lunch-eggplant/chicken casserole, side salad w/ 1 tb BV, piece of toast with smart balance
Snack-celery with laughing cow, 1/4 cup of soynuts
Dinner- tuna melt with spinach side salad
Snack- diet hot chocolate
People are noticing the weight loss!! Yay!!
