still not under 230 but 3 lbs closer to that. writing down everything i put in mouth has really helped as well as starting to coach and exercise this week...it keeps me just a little more busy so I can get my mind off food for a bit.
3lbs is gone and I know that you feel so much better.

That is awesome! I remember someone saying on here how they'd lose nothing or almost nothing for a week or more and then suddenly it would drop off. Not a bad way to lose! Frustrating, I can understand. But now you know you can do it!!
