I'm hardcore...checking in on a Sunday!
Breakfast-kashi cereal w/ skim milk and blueberries
Snack-Pria carb select bar(110 cals), coffee w/ skim milk
Lunch-turkey burger on lettuce leaves w/ sf ketchup, mustard, and pickles, v8
Snack-cup of celery with hummus
Snack-nf plain yogurt with cocoa and mint extract w/ 1 TB pb(the grasshopper ricotta got me motivated!)
Dinner- fish franchese over spinach
Dessert-calcium chew and fudgesicle
