Phase 2 here I come!
B: 2 morningstar sausage patties and 3/4 cup ff cottage cheese
S: a cheese stick and a pear
L: chicken cabbage soup, a small zuchini crust pizza and 1 cup of milk
S: celery with hummus and maybe 1 cup of sbd cocoa
D: white chicken chili (if I get around to making it), a small slice of whole grain bread with smartbalance and a salad
S: ricotta creme or sbd cocoa(if I need it)
Does this look okay for Phase 2?
