Another wonderful day on Phase 2!
B: uncle sam's cereal with 1 cup of milk and 2 veggie sausage patties
S: 1 cup of sbd cocoa
L: a bowl of white chicken chili and a salad
S: a banana with almond butter
D: chicken chili again and some roasted broccoli(if I get around to making it)
S: 1 cup of sbd cocoa or a ricotta creme(if I need it)

I love your new siggy! And BTW, thanks for turning me on to SBD hot cocoa. Your desire to sit by a fire with a cup of something warm has inspired me!

Thanks! I'm always happy to be an inspiration! I find that sitting and drinking a cup of cocoa fills me up at the end of the day so I don't get hungry again right before I go to sleep.
