Hi everyone.
Well, for about three days, I fell off the wagon, rolled about 40 miles away, and landed in a patch of weeds and couldn't get out!!!
I got sick for a few days, and my body really started not wanting veggies, b/c they are too hard to break down when your sick, so the day before thanksgiving all I ate were triscuits, bread, regular ginger ale, sugar free jello, and ice cream.(clearly setting me up for a good thanksgiving day...)
So thanksgiving was an eating disaster..but not as bad as it could have been I must admit..Since thanksgiving I've been trying to get back on track, but having trouble with all the leftovers.
So, no more leftovers. Here I am, trying to get back on the wagon and not get dramatic about it..
Breakfast- v8, mock french toast w/ 1 TB PB
Snack-cup of broccoli w/ ketchup, 3 triscuits
Lunch-marinated steak salad with spicy walnuts and tomatoes
Snack-coffee w/ skim milk, banana
Dinner-tuna melt(1 pc. whole wheat bread, 1/4 cup rf mozz, 1 TB rf mayo), cup of romaine
Dessert-plain skim milk or 1 cup diet hot chocolate

Here's my plan for the day:
B: 2 veggie sausage patties, 1 egg with a little cheese over a piece of ww toast
S: celery with hummus
L: maybe chili, if I make it pretty soon, a salad and a banana
S: a couple chocolate merigue cookies and a cup of milk
D: chili, if I didn't have it for lunch or some chicken stirfry
S: 1 cup of milk
I'm still deciding if I'm going to add 1 more fruit or grain in today. If I decide to do so I'll adjust my menu accordingly.
