Hi everyone!
I would like to make a plug for this pumpkin soup. It's AMAZING! If you are sick of chili and like to have a bunch of something, then make a pot of this. It's ridiculously good for you, tastes cream based but is not, and I know we don't count but its only 150 calories and fills you up forever!
I too found the Biggest Loser really motivating, they ALL looked amazing this season, even the ones who were sent home.
In the grocery store today, I saw SoBE lean diet drinks with the blue SB approved label on them. I guess they are Kraft.. There are 2 SB versions, one with guarana/taurine and one without, and they both have "citrimax" in them. What is the deal with this, it seems so un-Southbeach!! Any ideas?
Anyway...
Breakfast-3/4 cup kashi, 1 cup skim milk, 1 small banana, v8
Snack-vanilla spice coffee from dunkin donuts w/ splenda and skim milk
Lunch- cup of celery with 1 TB hummus, cup of caribbean pumpkin soup garnished with 2 TBS rf sour cream
Snack-apple with 1 TB rf PB
Dinner- big chicken caesar salad
Dessert-nf plain yogurt w/ cocoa and mint extract
Hi Catherine,
Here's the info from the nutritionist regarding SoBe:
SoBe Lean Energy sugar free would be fine in all Phases. They have changed their sweetener to a SBD friendly one. Please be aware that it has 80 mg caffeine per 20 ounce bottle, and that would be almost as much as one cup of brewed coffee.
Enjoy!
