ok, here is my plan :
B: 2boca links, Mock FT with PB and SF syrup, 1 banana. 2c coffee
S: , yogurt, latte
L: grilled chicken over spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce
S: turkey rollups with just cheese. latte
D: have no idea yet. :)
Dessert: maybe a fudgesicle or just some SB hot cocoa
Edited to say what really happened:
B: same as above
S: latte
L: same
S: latte
D: WW flat out bread with 1 can of tuna and 2tbl miracle whip (light) and some shredded cheese
S: will be yogurt and an orange (I hope oranges are okay)
S: (if I am up way late will be SB cocoa and ricotta creme) having problems with late night binging again

L: Leftover spaghetti squash casserole
S: yogurt & banana

Hey y'all!
Breakfast- pumpkin soup w/ rf sour cream, v8
Snack-coffee w/ skim milk, banana, soy nuts, and 1 TB PB
Lunch-2 egg omlette w/ rf mozz cheese, salsa, and basil
Snack-oops got some samples at Costco: 1 regular cracker w/ fresh turkey on it, 1 slice of a pear, 1 lime tequila chicken wing, and 1 chip with a tiny bit of 7 layer dip.(but I refrained from seafood lasagna, ham, and chocolate truffles!!)
Dinner- a cup of green beans and a huge chicken caesar salad
Dessert-diet hot chocolate w/ skim milk
