Just thought I'd start a check-in, I need some accountability for the rest of the eveing (we're house-sitting at someone's house who only believes in eating junk food so all the food I keep out of my house is overflowing in their pantry!) Grrr....it's so much easier when there's nothing around to tempt you!
B: 1 cup yogurt with a half a banana
S: 4 Cream cheese things that I made up and taste pretty good (shouldn't have eaten four though, but it was better then the donuts that were screaming at me from the pantry)
L: Teryaki chicken with brown rice
S: Roasted Broccoli
D: Eggplant Lasagna
S: 1 or 2 cups of SBD hot cocoa
