Woo hoo...snow day for us too...I am hoping our practice will be cancelled for tonight too...who knows about our tournament tomorrow...


anyway...my weight has been all over this week...from 236 to 240 now to 236 again today.  I am beginning to beleive that I am never going to see 230 let alone my goal weight of 160.  (I've been in between 240 and 233 ever since Nov 1 and it just keeps fluctuating but never getting or staying lower)


B: mock FT with PB and SF syrup, 2 pieces TB, banana, 2 cups coffee


S: yogurt and a grapefruit


L: huge salad with grilled chicken over the top SB dressing


S: apple with cheese


D: salsa chicken with veggies


S: ricotta creme


(one snack may be grilled chicken pizza on a WW flat out piece to get my grains in)

You'll get there Tiffany. I admire your patience.

My day won't be SBD true. I missed breakfast. Was going to eat something on the way to a meeting but forgot to grab it on the way out! My peanuts were missing from my briefcase too. *sigh*

B: V8 and coffee
S: missed
L: 2+ cups of mostly veggie soup, WW cracker (almost forgot it!)
S: 1c or more of yogurt
D: veggie pizza I think, with a salad too, cheese for a protein
S: perhaps more yogurt or a big mug of SBD cocoa (never tried that but dang it is cold here!), frozen SF berries

Here is how my day is shaping up. I am kind of eating in a weird order:


B: oatmeal made with 1 cup skim milk
L: leftover pork and pepper salad
S: banana with peanut butter
S: hummus, red pepper strips and olives
D: crab cakes, baked sweet potato, salad
S: sf pudding - I think I'll try the egg nog recipe

Here's my day:

B: a little bit of rye hot cereal and about 1/4 c. of yogurt with almond butter
S: a banana
L: left over chicken cordon bleu, roasted veggies and a salad
S: uncle sam's cereal with milk
D: we're going to some friends house so I'll try to eat something before we go so I won't be too starving. I'll be bringing the salad so I'll at least have that and anything else that's sbd friendly.
S: not sure yet
