The CL's can let you know for sure, but my guess would be no. It has enriched flour which is a no no, and hydrogenated oil (lists 1g transfat in the ingredients).

No, it isn't SBD friendly due to the ingredients, like the previous poster said. However, my kids like to have cinnamon rolls once a month or so for a Sunday morning breakfast. Sometimes we do them from scratch but with my schedule that gets harder so we'll buy the pillsbury rolls for them. I tried these for them last week just to see and they ate them fine. So, they tasted ok to the kids, aren't the best choice but maybe a better choice than full fat/full sugar?

But, alas, not for us!!

Sorry! Fran and Kim are right! Due to the enriched flour and trans fats, these are not SBD-friendly. As a general rule, these types of pre-packaged foods are not acceptable - even though the packaging may lead you to believe it is so.
