Wednesday Phase 2 Check In

So far today I am doing pretty good.
B-Yogurt w/ peanut butter, water-16oz
S-A rum brownie..LOL and it was good and worth the cheat..
L-1/2 tuna sandwich on whole wheat grain bread w/lf mayo, cup of mushrooms w/ranch dipped, 16oz bottle of water, glass of 1% milk
S- 12 oz bottle of V-8, cheese stick and apple
D-Chef Salad w/chicken or lf ham, ff italian, another veggie like green beans, Milk , bottle of water-16oz
S-sugar free jello and diet soda
and Ill add one more refill on the water to make sure i get all my water in for the day..


Here's how my day is shaping up:
B: 1 soy patty with 1/2 slice lf american cheese and 1 egg, V8
S: plain yogurt with peanut butter, splenda, vanilla, some grapes
L: 1/2 ww bagel with tomato and melted lf american cheese, chocolate soy milk
S: red pepper strips, hummus, olives
D: 2 crab cakes, roasted veggies, green salad
S: egg nog flavored sf pudding
