I have been caught up in the holiday 'Food-a-thon' that happens every year at work and at home! For the past 2 weeks, I have been eating whatever we had around the house. I wouldn't necessarily say that I was "craving" anything, just EATING!!!! You know, the trays of cookies and fudge that "friends" bring by.....or, the hollandaise sauce that comes with the special meal that you are having at a friends home. While I have tried to have an SBD friendly diet for the most part, I have been having 'treats/cheats' for at least 2 weeks now.
At this point, I'm not sure if I should start over with Phase one or just do a very strict Phase two for a couple of weeks. Can someone guide me on this one? I will admit that I have cheated.....every day for the past couple of weeks (at least once). However, I don't feel as though I have been having cravings, I have just been eating whatever has been around work or home....instead, of my planned snacks and meals.
I'm leaning toward a week of phase one and then a strict week of phase 2. However, an SBD friend at work suggested 2 weeks of a strict phase 2. Any input would be appreciated.

I agree, I've gone a bit overeboard as well. As for me, I think I'm going to do 5 strict days of Phase 1 then on to a very strict Phase 2. I think I've been craving a little and I've got to get it under control before my next TOM.

Thanks for the ideas and encouragement. At this point, we have not yet the holiday celebration for my husband's family. That is being held at our home on the 30th. In addition, my 40th birthday was the 24th and they are also planning on celebrating that event on the 30th too. So....I have another round of cakes, etc coming on the 30th. However, I have more control over the main menu and I'm planning to have an SBD friendly menu. Don't worry though, I'll have one piece of cake and that will be it! With all of that being said, all of the sweets are being removed from my home today with the exception of the Lindt dark chocolate truffles....which will be held hostage by my husband!

Hi Paula! It's good to see you again!! I like your plans for
I will definitely be checking in more often. I had been having major computer problems and couldn't seem to connect to most of my favorite URLs for the last couple of months. It started with Amazon URLs and then got increasingly worse. My husband was nice enough to get me a new laptop for the bit 4-0 and now I am up and running again!

Hi Paula,
If your cravings haven't returned there isn't any need to do phase 1 for any length of time.
Hi prauly, good to see you!
