Monday Phase 2 Check In!

I haven't checked in with my meals in a loooong time. But I want to start doing it again until we move (from CA to TX). This next 3 weeks will be crazy, so I'm worried about staying on track and I think this will help. Plus once we do move we will be in a motel with no kitchen for possibly a month - so I have no idea what will happen then. I need to go into the move at my best possible weight!

Today:
breakfast - Kashi Go Lean w/milk and banana, 2 pieces turkey bacon
snack - smoothie w/berries and mango
lunch - leftover steak on ww pita, 3 bean salad
snack - apple w/peanut butter
dinner - chicken, ww pasta w/eggplant and ricotta
desert - yogurt

B-Yogurt w/tsp of peanut butter, 1% milk


s-V-8, grapes , mozz stick


L- leftover ww penne w/ff tomato sauce w/piece of ww bread w/spray butter w/green beans, celery, pepper mixed in, salad w/tomato, cuc and lettuce w/ lf ranch salsa dressing, bottle of water


S-cup of tea, banana


D-Salmon pattie w/steamed veggies, brown rice, glass of milk


D-Cottage cheese w/sf jello and ff cool whip
