Figured I'd go ahead and start the check in today...So far for me:


Breakfast: 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean dry (I'm out of milk)


Snack: Orange and 10 peanuts


Lunch: Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti


Snack: Brocoli with Laughing cow


Dinner: Egg drop soup with a big salad


Dessert: Yogurt (gotta get that dairy in!)

Breakfast - 1 egg omelet w/broccoli, mushrooms & turkey bacon


snack - small tangerine


Lunch - Garlic saute' baby spinach w/grilled chicken


pre workout snack - 15 almonds


post workout snack - 7 Triscuits w/3 small Laughing Cow cubes


Dinner - Pot roast w/couscous and a couple of carrots


Snack - Tea w/2 small gingersnaps


No dairy in the house...have to go shopping!
