I can't believe it's already Thursday, where does the time go...

My day today looks like this:

B: Kashi Go-Lean with 1/2 HB egg

S: Apple and laughing cow

L: Eggplant lasagne with a side salad

S: probably another apple since that's what I have on hand

D: Egg drop soup with a large salad

S: 2 cups of yogurt with vanilla and Splenda

Allison-

After seeing you post egg drop soup in your menus several times I'm getting the urge to make some! I was wondering if you make it yourself. I'd love the recipe if you do. I tried to search it on this board but I didn't come up with anything. Thanks!

Thanks so much! I will make this very soon. I bet it would be good with some tofu and other veggies added. Soup is a great way for me to get my veggies in. Thanks again!
