This is Jen from the Tummy forum...I'm taking your advice on weight loss,and started yesterday. I had a few eggs for breakfast/lunch , some nuts,meat and mushrooms for dinner. This morning however I got up and was real shakey and weak, but just had some crystal light, eggs and canadian bacon and feel a lot better. I'm hoping to drop 15 lbs within 6 weeks. 140 lbs to 125 lbs. Thanks again for the info!!Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Don't forget those vegetables! You should be having 4.5 cups of vegetables minimum! Good carbs are important!

It sounds like you might not be eating enough. Are you starting on Phase 1 or 2?
