It's the end of week one for me and I'm down 5 pounds (only 20 to go)!! The cravings are gone, but I'm still battling old habits and my sweet tooth. Over the weekend I was actually spitting food out. I poured some pretzels for my DD and the neighbor boy I was baby sitting. All of a sudden there was one in my mouth. I did that a few other times over the weekend with different foods. My other issue is my sweet tooth. The Jell-O mixed with Cool Whip is helping, but I'm still finding myself with the munchies more often than I like. I know that like the grazing it's a habit I have to break. I'm getting there . . . just keep chanting "Skinny Pants, Skinny Pants, Skinny Pants."

I have been battling the same thing. I was so confident I had it all figured out and the cravings were gone until I found myself doing the same thing. I would make my son a sandwich and some chips and find myself munching on chips. It
