I don't like fruit

I am starting Phase 2 tomorrow, and I am not too sure what to do. I really don't like fruit. I rarely eat any. I don't hate it, just not a big fruit eater. So what should I do? Just have 1 carb a day to start?
I have never been on Phase 2 so I need some help on what to eat.

Hi Stef,
Don't like fruit, huh? I like fruit, but in the past, would choose other junky foods instead of fruit. Here are some tips for you. Freeze grapes - they are REALLY yummy that way. Apples or bananas with peanut butter. Mix berries into a SBD-friendly smoothie. Baked apples or poached pears are great with a squirt of Reddi-whip.
I would eat vegetables in place of fruit.

I wanted to add I did eat my apple with PB today. It was good. I could probably keep this up for a week or so. I think I will try to make smoothies with fruit after that.
