Not happy with weightloss!

Today was my last day on Phase 1 and I am a bit disappointed. I only lost 4 pounds, the same amount that I lost during the first week. So I lost NOTHING the second week of Phase 1!!!

I went shopping for something to add to my diet for tomorrow, and this is what I came up with.

Breakfast
1 Kashi Blueberry Waffle
1 FF Plain Yogurt with spenda/vanilla extract

Snack
Apple with peanut butter

Lunch
Turkey/cheese roll up

Dinner
Spinich souffle stuffed chicken breast (from SB cookbook)

Dessert
NSA Fudgesicle

Does this seem OK??

Where are your veggies? Remember a minimum of 4.5 cups per day. There are so many ways you can get those servings in through out the day. For example, every morning I have 3/4 cup of V-8 juice with my breakfast. I always take raw veggies to work for a morning snack. Some kind of salad for lunch. Salad or steamed veggies for dinner. These are just a few examples. Add them in, you will notice a difference. I promise.

Hi Stef, you need 2-3 cups of Dairy on Phase 2 (I always go for 3 - much better for women, we need our dairy!).

I am 5'0 and started at 140, now I am 136. This is my second day of Phase 2 and I had my waffle this morning so I am done with my starch for today. I was STARVING last night and was craving everything. I do not feel any lighter...I do not feel as if I am going to lose weight on Phase 2....

I have Tony Little's Gizelle that is sitting in the other room, I am going to attempt to start exercising.

Stef,

You're never supposed to let yourself go starving on any phase of South Beach....so feel free to eat up!
