So many Vegetables!

I am on phase one , almost done with my first week. I am struggling with the recommended amounts of vegetables. Is it really 4-6 cups a day! I am not a V8 fan, I have been managing around 3 cups of vegetables per day with salads and lettuce wraps. I am trying to lose 10 lbs so want to stick to the program as closely as possible. Should I be adding more and if so, any good ideas to get those extra 3 cups in?

Hi Lori, while there's nothing wrong with eating 6 cups a day, that's not necessary on SBD.
Also adding....I get veggies in with at least one of my daily snacks, if not two.
