Ok, I am day 2 Phase 2...
This is what I ate and I feel really fat -
* Breakfast - cereal (cocoa/no sugar added), coffe with splenda
* snack - pecans
* Lunch - soup with chicken and green beans
* 3 olives/little feta cheese
* one mandarin
* for dinner - probably cucumber and feta cheese
* snack - no sugar added pudding
I have been drinking lots of water too and feel really overweight now... Is this too much to eat? I am afraid that I will gain th 5 lb I lost during Phase 1.

Hi, it looks like to me that you're eating far too little!
I feel bloated, yes, and my belly is huge. I forgot, I drink low fat milk - 2 glasses a day. I am also having stomach ache all day. It started from yesterday...My weight has been the same for 3 days now. I am working out too, 2 miles running and weights every day or every other day.
The cereal is "Cocoa Puffs" - diet version. I also take multi vitamins every day.
I suffer migraines and have to take pain pills too...
I'm sorry, but cocoa puffs are not a good cereal at all for South Beach Diet.

Thank you for your response. I will change the cereal today. I am 130 lb now (was 135 before SBD). My goal was 125 but now it is 120. This is the perfect weight for me. I have always been slim.
I am drinking water more than ever before in my life. I do have problems with constipation... from the beginning of the diet.
Do you recommend Gatorade while working out? I admit that I am not eating lots of veggies... will change that.

Gatorade is mostly sugar and not recommended on South Beach.
