snacking help plz....

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I still haven't lost any weight and I'm just trying to stay on track.
On phase one the snacks were specific amounts of nuts and some low fat cheese.

So now, on phase 2, what do I snack on? Fruit? Carrots? Instead of the nuts, or just as an alternative? Yesterday I had whole wheat crackers, but it didn't feel right, especially that I didn't know how many I could have. I also can't eat jello, so I replace it with a sugar free popsicle whenever it's indicated as a lunch dessert. Anyway, basically I would just like to know all the snack options because I get bored easily. I'm also curious about the serving amounts allowed because I don't want to overdo the portions because of all the added foods in phase 2. Thanks!!

You can pretty much snack on what ever you want. Here are my typical snacks:

Apple w/peanut butter
Celery w/peanut butter
Celery w/light herbed cream cheese
1 boca burger patty with a little mayo and mustard
Cole slaw
Pickles
Triscuts, lunch meat, cheese stick
California wraps (Lettuce, lunch meat, slice tomato, slice cucumber, slice onion rolled up)
Pea salad (peas, mayo, celery, water chestnuts, dried dill, cashews, red onion)
Baby carrots dipped in ranch
Broccoli dipped in ranch or hummus
Cucumber sticks dipped in hummus
Bell pepper strips dipped in hummus
Roasted broccoli
Mixed nuts
Salsa and baked WW tortillas
Salsa and baked pita strips
