Question on P2 food....a breakdown.....

I have some questions on the foods allowed and now allowed on Phase 2. Sorry for all the questions but I wanna make sure I get this down to a T.

Reintroduced:

Bagels, small, whole grain - 1/2, or 1 oz.
Q: Are local bagel shop bagels allowed in this category as long as they are whole grain or do I need to stick with store-bought whole grain bagels? Also, am I allowed cream cheese for my bagels? I think I read 2tbs per day; is that light or regular now on P2?

Bread

Q: Arby's has Market Fresh Sandwiches - the bread used by them, is that SB friendly? I think they use whole grain bread but again, not sure. I see the grain seeds, if that helps! LOL

Rye Bread
Q: Is this ANY rye bread? I mean, is rye bread, rye bread?

Sourdough

Q: though this may be used, how often is it allowed? once a week? once a month?

Cereal

Choose whole grain and slow-cooking varieties (no instant types) with 6-8 grams of fiber or more per serving
Q: I assume the flavored quaker oatmeal packets are NOT allowed? I also assume the flavored oatmeals period, are not allowed? Any suggestions how to make oatmeal enjoyable to eat because I want to start eating it more?

Couscous, whole-wheat or Israeli
Q: this comes in many flavors? are all flavors allowed?

Potato, sweet, small
Q: regular white potatoes are NOT allowed, am I right to assume only sweet potatoes on allowed on SB?

Chocolate (sparingly)
Q: So I *can* have a Hershey kiss or a Godiva piece now and again?

Beer/Wine:
Q: any stipulation as to what kind? DH likes good microbrews which are higher in carbs than your lite low carb beers? one or two of these a day would be ok? Any stips on wine? What should I be looking for?

Not allowed, or rarely:

Cookies
Q: Sugar Free are ok right? if so, how many?

Rolls, dinner
Q: *IF* a whole wheat one was made, would I be allowed?

Corn
Q: Is this ever allowed?

Ice cream
Q: Blue Bunny makes Carb Watch ice cream bars with 2 net carbs per serving? are they allowed? What about the No Sugar Added ones?

Jam
Q: no jam, but jelly is, as long as it's sugar free right?

Most store-bought sugar-free cookies would not be made with 100% whole wheat flour.
