Hi,

I just started the 2nd week of Phase 2. I lost 5-6 pounds during Phase 1 but nothing on the first week of Phase 2. The only thing I ate not in SBD menue was sushi.

Hi Dani,

Sorry things are going slow for you. It is not unusual to see a stall when moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2. One mistake that many of us make is that we don't eat enough. You really have to eat all your meals and snacks to lose weight. Make sure you have the right foods on hand so you can make good choices.

What did you add during your first 2 weeks of Phase 2?

This is from the Starting Phase 2 thread. I thought you might want to take a look!!

Stalls or plateaus are not uncommon on Phase 2. The best way to break them is to change what you have been eating

Thank you. I started SBD with my boyfriend (he is not overweight too) but he wanted to lose 10 lb. He did lose them! It was very good that we started it together. We even made the SBD french toasts yesterday. I am happy with the progress... but still want to lose 5 more pounds. I notice that I get full pretty fast from small portions now.
I added the following food, one time a day -
* Apples, berries, water melon, whole wheat bread (1 slice for breakfast), cereal Incle Sam (one time for breakfast), fat free jello (1 time a day).
Two days ago I was almost 128 but today again 130. I am still having problems with constipation (taking the fiber pills but...). I am drinking 2 small bottles of water a day... I just cannot drink more...

Just wanted you to know that watermelon is on the "avoid" list until phase 3.

It looks like you are on the right track. Weight loss is slower for those with less to lose.

It's okay to reduce your portion sizes. Make sure you get all your dairy and veggies in each day. I think it is harder to drink water in the winter months. Try to get a few more ounces in each day.

Stick with it, I am sure you will see the scale move soon.
