Hi,
I am redoing phase 1 from a looooong time ago, I am wondering, is sugar free Jello ok to have in phase 1? I am having a hard time finding something to take the edge of my sugar cravings/sugar addiction withdrawl! Thanks!

Sugar free jello is acceptable. For sweet tooth cravings in Phase 1 you can also have:



  • Some Reddi-Whip topping on your jello

  • SF fudge bars or other ice cream bars that are less than 100 calories with no added sugars

  • SBD Peanut Butter cup - use microwave to soften 1 fudge pop just enough to scrape it off the stick, mix together with some natural peanut butter and a squirt of Reddi-whip.
