Ok so I went to phase 2 and it happened.

I gained back the 6 pounds that I lost in phase 1. I work out 6 (around 40-50 minutes of stregnth training and 30-40 minutes of cardio) days a week and I know I am eating everything to a T!!! Really getting frustrated. Here is a sample of what I eat in a day (this was yesterday)
B: 1 slice of broccoli and reduced fat swiss crustless quiche
S: 1 part skim mozzarella stick and small apple
L: 1 boneless skinless chicken breast baked with reduced fat feta, and 1 cup roasted broccoli.
S: Baby carrots and light ranch
D: 1 1/2 cups of Whole wheat pasta with ham and peas (recipe from South Beach Quick and easy)
S: 1 cup of frozen grapes
HELP this is only my second week of phase 2.

Could it be the extra salt from the feta, ham and the other cheese? Maybe you will drop it off in the next day or so.

Do you work w/a trainer? I was reading in Shape mag about plateaus while working out and it said that sometimes women over-estimate how hard they are actually working, intensity-wise not quantity-wise. It said a couple sessions w/a trainer can sometimes focus your efforts & get you back on track. The lady they interviewed said she thought she was working hard but the trainer kicked her tushie! It gave her the benchmarks for what she needed to do in her workouts & she started losing weight & gaining muscle again. Just an idea. Sorry for this development. :-(
Ignore DHs results. Boys suck. They decide they need to lose weight, stop eating Doritos for a week, and it's gone. I say a girl will *never* be "The Biggest Loser". The game is rigged by genetics. Hrmph! ;-P
Stacy,
I'm glad to see it was just water weight. WOW!!! Congrats on losing all those inches. I just wanted to share that I signed up for push tv last week ,and now I am really excited for my dvds to come after hearing your results. Thanks for the great idea.
Congrats again, and keep up the good work!!!!
Amy :)
You could be gaining muscle and muscle mass always weighs more than fat.
Congrats on the weight loss!!!
