Phase 2, Day 6....I have put a pound back on, which isn't bad. I think I've got my cravings under control, I still have only one serving of fruit a day and grains a maximum of twice a day.  What I think is getting me is the 1-2 glasses of wine a day, I think I need to remove that and replace it with milk. :P  It's my TOM, so I'm not too worried. I already workout 5 days a week for 30 - 60 min, so I think I'm going to switch it up a bit.


I'm finding that if I have milk with lunch and dinner, it fills me up, and I have one dark chocolate Hershey's kiss every day or two and am happy as a clam....


All in all, I'm doing pretty well! Now to just get those last pesky pounds!
