Not so good breakfast......

I had a major starch craving this morning for breakfast, caved and had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich in our cafeteria. It's all made from scratch but I *know* the croissant is not SB friendly.
The reason for this is I weighed myself this morning and was up 1.4 pounds from Monday and I was not happy and got discouraged. I won't let this ruin my progress thus far but I want to see results!! Here is what I had to eat yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 cup ff yogurt with 1 c blueberries
Snack: SF Jello
Lunch: SB Breakfast Casserole made with whole grain bread, cheese, ham and eggs - cottage cheese on the side
Snack: 2 Dove Dark Chocolates and an Apple
Dinner: 3 cups lettuce, 2 cups raw veggies and cubed chicken w/light ranch dressing, SF Jello for dessert
Snack: mini bagel w/1tb light cream cheese
Now....the only thing I can think of is (A) water weight and (B) I had 2 grain and 2 fruit servings, but enough for me to hike up a whole 1.4 pounds from the previous day???
To top it off, I am having lunch at Red Lobster this afternoon with my friend. What is my downfall there? Cheesy Garlic Biscuits but I am NOT having any!!
I know this is a tiny stumbling block I have just run into and I know I will get back on track. I mean, despite my breakfast this morning, I *do* have yogurt and fresh raspberries for a snack, another large salad for dinner with SF jello, and 2 dark chocolates for a snack this afternoon w/a cup and a half of baby carrots.

Hi Shannon.
You know what to do....get right back on track and make good food choices!
BTW, chocolate should be an occasional treat - not a daily snack. ;)
