Still working on the salad dressing thing finding what I like.

Good luck,

Sorry, these Ritz crackers are not South Beach friendly.

Ingredients: ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE , RIBOFLAVIN , FOLIC ACID), WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT FLOUR, SOYBEAN OIL, SUGAR, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED COTTONSEED OIL, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LEAVENING (CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA), SALT, SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER).

The first ingredient is "enriched".

Pepperidge Farm makes THE best whole wheat bagels!!!

I buy the mini bagels because 1 of them is a starch serving. It makes me feel like I'm not missing out since a regular bagel, we are only allowed 1/2 of it for a starch serving!!

Add a little lite cream cheese and I'm good to go!

Seriously, the Pepperidge Farm whole wheat bagles are the best bagels I

Thanks I will look for it I usually shop at walmart or target but I have never seen them.
I love triscuts buuuut I get tired of them I used to switch with the thin ones but the store I go to does not carry them anymore.
I have a couple more question I am trying to make sure I am doing things right.

1. Is fruit considered a sweet treat?
2. People have talked about dried fruit and I was wondering can we have any kind of dried fruit?
3. why can't we have honey? I thought it was natural sweet like fruit?
4. how many starch servings can you have a day?

Thanks In Advance!!

Just wanted to add that some of the dried fruits have added sugars to, so you might want to read the labels first.
