I just would like to clarify a few things

First of all is there any at all microwave popcorn that is SB friendly as I dont have an air popper?

Second I have grown a liking to Post Shredded wheat and bran and in the phase 2 getting started post and also on the box to the cereal it says a serving size is 1 1/4 cups which ends up being 59g. Now isnt that considered 2 servings?Do I count it as 1 or 2?

Third, I bought the SB good carbs good fats book  and in it, it says that regular mayo and salad dressings are better then lf or ff. I have been using lf mayo and searching for an edible lf or ff salad dressing. Which one is the better choice?

Here is how to make homemade popcorn using a brown paper bag and microwave. Obviously, omit the butter from the instructions.
