In order to drink milk I like to make it chocolate. Is this allowed? I know the Hershey sugar free syrup is...Correct? but this is the Nesquick powder?

How come you can use this product and not the Carnation hot chocolate powder with Splenda?

I use the hershey cocoa for my hot chocolate, but I like the nestle for cold milk.
I started putting a splash of the sugar free davinci vanilla in milk. That is YUMMY too.
