I am wanting to lean towards the vegetarian lifestyle and I was wondering does anybody have any suggestions for me? Also I was wondering is the morning star bacon and just plain morning star products South Beach Friendly

Morning Star Farms products are SBD-friendly ~ I love the Sausage Patties. I have only had those and the link sausages which are ok but not as good as the patties.
Here is a bunch of vegetarian information:

Vegetarian foods to enjoy lists:
I'm not impressed with their bacon (would rather have two slices a year than their bacon LOL) but their morning sausage patties are awesome (we buy at Costco in bulk!) and we've been buying their spicy black bean burger patties for years. At times we live off of them. We lean very vegetarian and their products certainly help. Watch for sales and try one or two products at a time till you find those that you like. If you buy something you don't like first try again. My kids will eat their corny dogs and stuff sometimes but not always.
There are a few things I checkout for sales every time I go to the store whether I need them or not. Morningstar Farms and Amy's frozen foods are two main things I look for sales on and stockup when I can.
Kim,
Which products did you find in Cost-co? I went looking there today and didn't find anything - - - what area of the store are they in?
Thanks,
Had to add my two cents....I LOVE the morningstar spicy black bean burgers with a bit of melted cheese and salsa on top. (And then I throw in some other veggies or side salad to make it a meal) It seems SO indulgent for some reason! Ironically, that is what I just had for lunch.
