Hi all! I started phase 1 last week and have noticed my pants are looser. I really only did 4 days of it. But I really have less that 10lbs to lose and I was wondering if I will get similar results if I just make the transition to phase 2? I know I won't see drastic weight loss on phase 1, that is why I am curious. I really just want to add fruit and ww bread. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! I will move on to phase 2. It seems very easy. I really just want to eat healthier and control binging. I,by no means,have a disorder, I just need to adapt a healthy relationship with food. I hope I can get my kids and husband to get healthy, too!
