Hi all! I started phase 1 last week and have noticed my pants are looser. I really only did 4 days of it. But I really have less that 10lbs to lose and I was wondering if I will get similar results if I just make the transition to phase 2? I know I won't see drastic weight loss on phase 1, that is why I am curious. I really just want to add fruit and ww bread. Thanks!
